糖心短视频app (CvSU) is a recipient of the Philippine Quality Award (PQA) Recognition for Mastery in Quality Management (Level III).聽

This award is proof that the institution 鈥渄emonstrated, through its practices and achievements, superior results clearly linked to robust management systems.鈥澛

CvSU President Dr. Hernando D. Robles, together with Vice President (VP) for Academic Affairs Dr. Ma. Agnes P. Nuestro and VP for Planning and Development Dr. Almira G. Magcawas, accepted the PQA trophy during the 26th PQA Conferment Ceremony held at the Malaca帽ang Palace in Manila, July 17.

Handing the award are Executive Secretary Lucas P. Bersamin, Department of Trade and Industry Secretary Alfredo E. Pascual, Chairperson of the 26th Cycle PQA Board of Judges Mr. Ruy Y. Moreno, and Development Academy of the Philippines Vice President Arnel D. Abanto.聽

Other University officials who attended the conferment ceremony are VP for Research and Extension Dr. Melbourne R. Talactac, VP for Administrative and Support Services Prof. John Xavier B. Nepomuceno, Institutional Development Office Director Dr. Pia Rhoda P. Lucero, Planning and Development Office Director Engr. Orlando B. Delos Reyes, and Public Affairs and Communications Director Adora Joy T. Plete.聽

The PQA is the highest level of national award to recognize the exemplary performance of public and private organizations in the country. It is equivalent to the prestigious Baldrige Performance Excellence Program in the United States and other National Quality Awards nationwide.

For the 26th cycle, a total of 14 organizations from the public and private sectors, including state universities and colleges, were awarded with various PQA Recognition Categories.

Earlier this year, CvSU was ranked among the top universities worldwide in the 2023 World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) and the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact rankings.
